Pretty much I haven't been able to find a GM to run my defense and am going to really start doing it myself instead of just the basic tactics. I was wondering if anyone who has had some success with it could give me some pointers. My team is kind of overmatched in its league (I took over a gutted team this offseason) but we're 2-8 and have some games we can win the next couple weeks. So I'd like to get this straightened out before then.
