Yes, this is just Rosenhaus running his mouth, but Bradshaw is my personal, #1 free agent priority, so this made me happy.

I am so excited to see how this will all eventually unfold.

yeah i like him too, hope we land either him, DWilliams or Reggie Bush

To sum up, Drew said he represents Bradshaw, Bradshaw is training in Miami and if the Dolphins are interested, "we're interested back".
He probably returns to NYG before the 72-hour window expires. But that's a player that makes sense for us if he does make it to UFA. -
Eh, does not even count as a rumor so won't add it to the list.
Drew R simply is talking up his client, what Bradshaw, or any Fa wants is $$$$$$$$$Larryfinfan and MikeHoncho like this. -
This is a significant development.
In a free agency that is going to happen as quickly and chaotically as this one, the feelings of where the client/agent want to end up matter a lot. Normally I'd say it's just Chad OchoCinco saying for the umpteenth time that he wants to be a Miami Dolphin, shortly before flying to another city and saying he wants to play for them, and so on. But this free agency is going to be the ultimate game of musical chairs. Bradshaw is training in Miami, and both he and his agent are thinking of Miami. That will go a long way in striking the kind of quick deals you're going to have to strike in this free agency where there are like 450 players set to be free agents and they'll all have about a week to sign where they're going to sign before they start missing significant training camp time. -
No thanks. I don't think he'll be able to stay healthy.

He noted that with the abbreviated nature of this year's free agency, there's probably not going to be a lot of wooing and courtship. He expects it to be more, "Hey, we've got a need and we like you in that spot." If things don't progress right away, the team just moves on to their next guy. -
Imo we see a tiered market with the top names flying off of the board in the first couple of days, then the second tier guys, then there will be the players who have to settle for a deal.
What really complicates this is the UDFA situation and Tier 3 players, you have to give the UDFa guys a shot THEN if they are not doing well the T3 guys become more attractive. -
Definately like Bradshaw. At first glance it looks like a good fit for us.
-
I like Jerome Harrison in the Bradshaw role, makes sense and would not eat all of the free cap space.

He's also had surgeries on both of his ankles the past two off-seasons.
Now, I love the way he plays. He's the type of RB I like. But he runs bow-legged. And considering the nature of his injuries, I believe that those injuries are caused by his bow-legged running. I think its something that will be an issue his entire career. -
I like this kinda party, this is the man who is the perfect fit..!1 choice all offseason.....Please Irish, there are no excuses on this one..We have some money to spend, and the unit is pretty much dry..Thomas isn't makin that much, Hilliard aint makin sh%$, nor is Sheets or Polite..Get it done. -
I'd take Ahmad Bradshaw, bow-legged or not.
-
Bush, Williams, and Bradshaw all have an injury history so once again, I hope our doctors make the right decision. -
Jeff Ireland thought Pat Riley was crazy, I'm sure. -
With Michael Bush off the table I suppose I'd prefer DeAngelo Williams, Ahmad Bradshaw or Brandon Jackson. I like Darren Sproles a bit but he has to be your punt return guy and just a guy for gimmick runs and catches out of the backfield. I expect him to be cheaper than Reggie Bush but I probably like him more than Reggie.

At a time when the team should be preparing a huge offer in case Peyton Manning actually does hit free agency, we're targeting… Adam Froman. -
We're not talking about giving the man 350 carries here, I think it's well understood that Daniel Thomas is going to claim his share.djphinfan likes this. -

Gregg Rosenthal hits the nail on the head on this one.

I do worry that they'll spend too many resources on the gimmick player in their search for big plays. So as much as I like Sproles, I would bow out if the bidding got too high. I have heard rumors that he's at the top of several team's wish list. I do think he's capable of taking some conventional carries, but I wouldn't feel confident with him as the starter. And that's something I like in my COP backs.

By virtue of the city he works in, Jeff Ireland has a huge advantage in his ability to attract free agents. Miami is a city custom-tailored for young, rich athletes. But Ireland does not like the sort of players who would appreciate what Miami has to offer, so that built-in advantage goes to waste.
If Jeff Ireland were running the Heat, there would be no Big Three. -

Marshall was a trade, Dansby is the only FA of his kind that we've signed. Our big acquisitions prior to Dansby were one-and-done offensive linemen and re-signing our own guys, like Channing Crowder and Vernon Carey, who this forum now complains about. -

I don't wanna go your route Des, for the exact reasons that your criticizing this FO for.padre31 likes this. -
