Not sure yet......but it looks like rescues are happening. They showed on ABC some passengers getting off a ferry that rescued them and onto a Coast Guard ship.
They reported that everyone was rescued. Thank God. They interviewed one guy and he said all were orderly and fairly calm during all of it.
Not sure lucky. I don't think the channel I was watching interviewed the birds. Maybe you can try to find it on youtube or some where for us.

Unbelievable that the pilot managed to land this thing right smack on the river, without the plane breaking apart. I cant believe a plane can crash like that, and everyone aboard survives... its surely incredible.
How big was this flock? It must have been humongous to take down a friggin' airplane. Thank God everyone is alright. And excellent work by the pilot.
Not really. I was watching NBC and they had a guy on who said a bird that weighs four pounds could be enough to take a plane down.
