From what I can tell this is real....though you surely are thinking the wrong thing right now, you'll soon see something very disturbing (that's your warning) yet possibly intriguing, if you've got any freak in you.
I know which one I want done.

Anyone else think think this is fake? My main problem is how the added arm is able to stay attached to the other twins side? It must weigh 20 pounds and without a connecting bone there is no possible way it could attach to the skin and not cause problems.
-
The article said it was connected just behind his right pectoral...so it could (in theory) be connected to his ribcage, either with a plate and screws or by tendons that used to hold the arm in the shoulder socket. What I'm wondering is if the arm is usable, that is if he has movement in it. I wouldn't think so, as they would have had to connect the nerves somewhere. It's probably just like an arm-shaped tumor: living tissue that feeds off the body but doesn't contribute or function. I guess some people aren't satisfied with who they are....:pity:
BTW- WHERE do you guys get this stuff??? I mean, who spends their time looking for crazy s*** like this?!?:confused2::lol: -
