If Ross is paying that Much for Harbaugh he sure as heck better be an offensive genius and Orginator. That is more money than any 2 time Super Bowl Coach Has even sniffed at. IMO It was unprofessional with what they did with Tony though.:no:

really hard to say he is a genius. His offense is basically run heavy and his passing offense was nothing special till he got Luck.

It's not our money, pretty sure it doesn't count against the cap. Let him pay the guy 20 million per year.

Side note: if this becomes a done deal, Madden should be a little more interesting for the next installment. The guy supposedly preps 300+ plays per game and has his center wear a play wristband. Incognito/Berger, I hope you like the accessory.
