So, my house almost caught fire today.
My backyard is backed up to the Ocala National Forest, which was on fire. There were 15ft tall flames 30 yards from house. We almost had to evacuate. It was close enough that I was packing stuff and headlong into some contingency plans.
There were old re-purposed Hueys (the firemen told me that's what it was) dropping water. We could feel the mist. We are ok now.

Mist from that drop had to be wiped off the camera.

Its amazing how quick you can prioritize.
In just a few moments I boiled everything I'm going to save to my dad and his medical supplies, my pets, my computer (just the tower, its my income) and my wife of course, if she had been home. That's it.Rocky Raccoon likes this. -

purchase laptop -> download pron -> charge battery -> buy lotion -> buy handwarmers that you crack and mix together -> power outtage -> break out lotion, handwarmers, laptop -> wrap lotion in handwarmers to simulate the warmth of Unlucky's mom -> fap while nobody else can -> put Unlucky's sock back in drawer -> take napfinyank13, MikeHoncho and Fin D like this. -
