After week 4, their is only one unbeaten team in the NFL. I really doubt anyone ever said that they thought Kansas City would be the only unbeaten team in the league.
I can see the big grin on the 72 Dolphins getting ready to pop the bubbly. I know the young pups on here don't really care for what the Dolphins did back in the 1970's, but for us old timers, it means a lot.
I'm not saying that people have to like what they did, but you need to respect what they did.

Man, the parity in the league this year has been more evident than ever just 4 weeks into the season.
Ophinerated and steveincolorado like this. -
Watch them get to at least 10-0....and give the '72 Phins a small scare.
Wouldn't surprise me considering, like you said, there's only 1 undefeated team after week 4. Whacky. -
Only elite team in the league. :shifty:

Only six teams have won the Super Bowl once. The rest are repeat champions: Steelers, Cowboys, 49ers, Colts, Dolphins, Raiders, Redskins, Packers, Giants, Broncos.
There is no parity between teams, only conferences. And with only two conferences, that’s to be expected. -

16 different teams have won the superbowl. Thats not that lacking in parity. -

Try baseball. The Yankees have been in the World Series 40+ times IIRC or something ridiculous. It's just insane.
Gotta love 'em. -

Haley, Weis, Crennel and Thomas have pretty impressive resumes.

New Orleans went from 8-8 to 13-3 and won the Super Bowl. Anything can happen.
Not to mention Cassel looked pretty good in relief of Brady.
