Anderson gets into the mix

Not long ago, Charlie Anderson looked like he might become the Ernest Wilford of the Dolphins defense.

But while Wilford fades farther into the background, Anderson has gone from free-agent bust to impact player in just two weeks.

Every weeks it seems that a player who has been sitting on the bench all year or who at least we havent heard off in a positive way.....Anderson we heard off when he committed penalties .:wink2:...........seems to step up and become a positive contributor.

That is one reasons we are talking playoffs at this time of the year .Good use of our depth :yes:

We have needed another player to step up and provide a pass rush (outside of JP). I thought we might need that to happen for us to make the playoffs. (Jets have a history of looking good and then fading). I was certain that we would need that to have any chance of avoiding a one and done in the playoffs. IMO Anderson's late emergence is huge.

Anderson's emergence IS huge. I hope he continues to play hard and others like Crowder and Roth step up and start making more plays.

Huge.. changes the entire game for us. If we can accomplish a consistant rush with 4 guys our defense would be killer.
