You should let people know what the minimum is before the auction starts.
You dont auction off a boat, then at the end go "Oh well, sorry but your bid didnt meet the minimum" you let people know where the bid starts before the auction. -

heh no... it's quite simple. This auction has no time table. I may decide to leave it open through the start of free agency. Perhaps then, some of you will realize the true worth of Ted Ginn. If nobody meets the reserve, he stays a Phin. Simple... :yes:
