PALM BEACH — A man staying at the Four Seasons Hotel has been arrested after employees reported that he abused two German shepherd puppies, throwing them against the hotel room door, dragging them through the lobby and stomping on one's leg.
Nicolaie Blaga, 51, of Chicago was charged with felony cruelty to animals after Tuesday afternoon's incident. He was also charged with driving with a revoked driver license, according to Palm Beach police spokeswoman Janet Kinsella.
This morning, Circuit Judge Krista Marx ordered Blaga held in lieu of $5,500 bail.
I don't understand why people do this ****. Why do you have two puppies if you don't have the patience to raise them and deal with them when they're young? Glad to see this guy get caught, and kudos to the hotel employees that called the police. I think I would've broke my foot off in his ass.

He picked the wrong town to be doing that......Palm Beach has an animal group that is more powerful than Homeland Security.
This guy will pay dearly.....as he should

TrueDolFanNew MemberThe main problem is that some "people" think that animals are their property, and can do whatever they want to them because "it's my property, and it's only an animal".
To hurt another living creature (especially an innocent, helpless animal) just because you can, is ****ing despicable. IMO, these type of people are the lowest of the low, and deserve to be cast into the farthest reaches of hell.
