    Extend Reshad Jones before he has another crazy year. There was ramblings about his extension towards the end of the season last year but this is something Ireland needs to do sooner rather than later.

    I'm not sure that he isn't already working on it. Jones will and should be one of the defensive leaders for us this year and he deserves to get a nice long term contract imo
