Hi,

I was wondering if anyone on here or knows anyone that has a Samsung 4K UN55HU6840 Ultra HD Smart TV?

I will mainly game (PS4) on it, watch MLB/NFL when they're back in season and the occasional movies here and there.

I'm going to see if Fry's Electronics will match and not charge me sales tax since they have a deal on no sales tax for 4k TV's or see if I can get a deal from Best Buys.

 

I own a 2011 42" model and love it. Shame I didn't buy a 55" or 60" then.

Fry's ended up giving me the TV for 975 + 5 recycling fee + 49.99 delivery fee for 1029 out the door. They tried to charge me tax on the delivery fee and I had to tell them that isn't what I agreed upon. Going to get it today while I'm at work. Good thing my dad is retired and can be there or I would of waited until Sat.

Can't wait to see how 4k is and time to look into Directv 4k.

Very impressed with the picture quality of this TV. Great value if you were able to get it on sale.

Shame I won't be able to see 4k until later in they year since directv only has 4k VoD for now. Heard they will have 4k channels later in the year.

Netflix 4k isn't worth it since I rarely ever watch movies on there and my friend that I share an account doesn't have a 4k TV.
