i have this iPhone 4 sitting here, almost 3 years old, a friend of mine bought it for my in NY, the thing is it has an AT&T simlock and i can´t use it over here with a german card, i called AT&T and they told me i need an AT&T account to open a CASE ID to get that thing unlocked and a receipt that goes along with it, i was wondering if anyone who has an account could use that and help me get my iphone unlocked ?

the IMEI number and the receipt is all that is needed
