General manager Alex44 and Head Coach D. Bevell have announced the acquisitions of Joe Philbin and Rob Ryan to complete their coaching staff. Ryan will have complete control over the defensive side of the ball. Including starters, scheme and substitutions. Ryan has been given the title of assistant head coach. Philbin meanwhile will have a role similar to the one he filled in Green Bay. He will be in charge of creating a weekly game plan and helping coordinate practices. Bevell is said to be impressed by the work Philbin has done with both Rodgers and Ryan Tannehill respecticely. He brings head coaching experience to the table and someone for Bevell to lean on as he settles into his new role. Alex44 tells the AP tthat he will call plys himself but be receptive to input by Philbin during the games. Press conferences later in the week.
