Like most other large corporations, Apple is both soulless and evil. Any reasonable person would say that the logo is completely different, and that this is nonsense. But....the courts sadly often side with the megacorp....
Apple should change its name to "All the fruits are ours" Fruit of the loom should sue Apple while we are doing ridiculous things.
