Multiple club sources are saying Miami has spoken to at least three teams about moving back and the idea is picking up steam.

That was the plan all along. The Browns like Weeden and the Tannehill hype is hype. In the late teens I see Miami taking Ryan Tannehill, being happy with that.
-
That worked so well when they traded down for Jared Odrick and something called Tim Dobbins.
-
Odrick was fine, Misi wasn't a great pick but as a SLB he's solid.

I'd love this actually. trade down add some picks (extremely needed) have some felxability and still have either Tannehill or Weeden sitting their.
-
Who wants our spot to get who? That's the question.

Well if we can be assured that Tanehill will be there in the mid teens then perhaps it's a good idea.
Then again I'm not sold on Tanehill so I think getting the best player at either O-Line or WR available at 8 is the better option.
See if Wheeden or Cousins are available in later rounds if they really need a QB. -
Chargers and Barron. Chandler Jones. There's a number of teams out there that have the same needs. I'm not even convinced the Browns at 22 would take Tannehill. If you're talking about Weeden and Miami, the worst-case scenario is Miami trades down with Tannehill passing by them and they select Weeden in the mid-20s. My guess on Cleveland is that they're going RB-WR-Weeden.
-
Always. Ireland always looks to trade down. I think we have a good shot at trading down with someone who wants Cox or Barron.

All those rumors of KC, Philly, and Seattle taking Tannehill sound a little far-fetched. I think you're really looking at Cleveland at 22 as the only real danger and even they are high on Weeden at 31.

Could be to make people think we aren't that sold on Tannehill so no one jumps us in order to take him...

I think they have to try as hard as possible to trade down unless a Blackmon fell. And, if he did, they might get some big hits.
The problem is, if the top 6 go - the desire to trade up is limited (unless two teams really like one player). But, they have to trade down - Tannehill or not. -
Please let this be true. It really is the right play.
