Everything finally blowed up today (that was in honor of the great Emmitt Smith). It all depends on the actual start of the league year with regards to when teams will announce their cuts because that is when they have to be under the cap.
Jay Glazer is reporting everything starts tomorrow. No official signing will happen until 6pm Friday. Trades can start tomorrow. Teams can negotiate with anyone starting tomorrow. He is not sure on the releasing of players. But the key here is that there is no exclusivity with regards to the negotiating process. -
