1. Maclin was a mid first last year AND made an immediate impact, causing his value to rise. Where would Maclin go in this draft knowing how he contributed in his first year?

2. He asked for a #1 WR. Maclin is a prototypical #1 WR, and will fill that role easily for the Rams.

3. This is an auction. I'm not offering the kitchen sink on the first bid.

4. If you're looking for DeSean Jackson, we're gonna have to be getting Steven Jackson in return.

The Eagles have plenty of weapons on offense Maclin was just benefiting from that. Not only that but Eagles have McNabb and a much better line. You really can't compare the 2 teams as the Rams are a mess and the Eagles are a few players away from competing. No way in hell does Maclin match his production if he was on a team like the Rams.

 

Ok, so ****ty teams deserve more because they suck? Maclin has proven what he can do in an NFL offense. It's not my job to get him a quarterback.
