I got to this thread a little late, but I really think that this guy was one of the best drummers out there today. His hand-foot patterns were insane and it seemed to me that he was a pretty good guy. Him and Mike Portnoy (Dream Theater) were my biggest inspirations when it came to drumming.
It's a shame that he's gone, I think Avenged Sevenfold would have put out a lot of very good music out in the future. I would imagine they'll find a replacement sometime, but I question if it'll be the same. -
