The following players are on the block and the rough area of the draft pick compensation I'm looking for:

Willis McGahee (He's extremely cheap making only $620,000.00)- 2nd rounder
Derrick Mason- 3rd round
Kelly Gregg- mid round
Dennis Northcutt- mid round
Brendon Ayanbadejo (ST ace)- late round

Dawan Landry/Tom Zbikowsi- whichever I get better value for will be moved

I'm willing to negotiate too, so if you want any of those players make me an offer. Nothing is set in stone. If you don't want to give up a draft pick, I am also looking for a 3-4 ILB, and a 3-4 DE.

Just about no one on the team is untouchable either, so fair offers are welcome.

It will take a heck of an offer for the following players:

Ben Grubbs
Ed Reed
Haloti Ngata
Joe Flacco
