I'm not sure if this is motivating at all but I think it's the truth.
If they fire Rex I think it should lead to at least 1 rebuilding year coming up for them, which could help us next year.
However, incompetent coaching, which Rex may be providing, helps the Dolphins more than competent coaching in Buffalo would provide.
What say you? I mean, we wanna win regardless, but is it an extra cherry on top to get Rex fired? He is a blow-hard who didn't take the Bills first lost to us with much class.

Both Bowles and Ryan will by out of a job by New Years.

I'm pretty sure Rex is getting the axe even if they crush the Dolphins.

Everything I was reading yesterday suggested he was in real danger of being fired long before the Dolphins get to town.

If Bowles had Tyrod Taylor as his QB the Jets would be a dangerous team in the middle of the playoff hunt. His problem has benn the the clusterf*** QB situation the FO forced on him.
Rex Ryan has performed the way I thought he would. On one hand I want the Bills to keep him because it keeps the Bills irrelevant but in the other hand I want to see him fired because he's a noisy blowhard. -
The issue with Rex is the Bills regressed since he took over. They had one of the best defenses in the league under Marrone and Rex comes in and they've dropped big time. The Bills are a lot like we've been recently where they always seem to be on the cusp of becoming a playoff team but always falter. Rex is done there, IMO.
As for Bowles, the Jets are a rebuilding team. Last year was a fluke so I think it's unfair to lay this at his feet. You need to give him more time. -
