Mark Curnutte, of The Cincinnati Enquirer, reports the Cincinnati Bengals are encouraged with WR Jerome Simpson and WR Andre Caldwell thus far in offseason workouts and believe both players can assume significant roles in the offense this season. The team is also impressed by the showing of WR Marcus Maxwell.
