My office football pool wants to expand to do a fantasy football league this year. However, since we have a lot of football novices, we are trying to create a league that doesn't give an overwhelming advantage to those of us who know what we are doing already. I'm hoping someone knows where I can customize the league I am trying to create, or has a experience with a Fantasy Football alternative that will suit our needs. I play in head to head leagues, and personally can't stand scoring the second highest in a given week only to lose, while the second worst team gets a win. But head to head leagues are more fun than cumulative leagues where the guy who is leading after week 5 usually wins anyway. I want to create some hybrid of the two. I have an idea of a custom league that might work, but can't seem to create it at NFL, ESPN, Yahoo, or CBS Sports. Any suggestions?
