We top the list both in quality and quantity in this review by ESPN and our guest writer Tim Graham.
I suggest you read the rest of his rankings too .

Man, the AFC East is going to be nasty next year... save the Jills, of course.
-
Sorry Tim but replacing the uber-productive Thomas Jones with a washed up Ladanian Tomlinson is not an upgrade. Tomilinson showed no burst, no ability to make people miss last year. Cross number 18 off your list; its not only a downgrade but a serious one at that.

Im sorry but how is #17 even close to being up there hahaha

The Bills just get no respect. The acquisitions of both their new GM and Head Coach still rank below Karlos Dansby at #6. Then again, Chan Gailey has to be the most uninspired signing since Cam Cameron. Bills fans need to be put on suicide watch. I'm seriously thinking about starting a charitable organization on their behalf (Buckshot for Bills?).

parity on every roster
preparation, training, attitude & coaching
will be the decisive factors
determining top from bottom
I give Miami the edge
if they solve the riddle of FreeSafety -
Good read, just what we seek this slow time of year. Can't argue much except a new HC and GM for the Bills being that low, and we think WE get no love? Of course it IS very hard to get excited about Chan Gailey

I'm surprised that the Mike Nolan hire didn't make the list as a good Defense changes our team around as much as trading for Brandon Marshall.

it is what it is; keep it simple
in real-estate it is:
location, location & location
in team sports it is:
coaching, coaching & coaching
in the NFL world of player parity
we win! -

Yeah, in football it's block, tackle, run and catch. Simple fundamentals but usually the coaching makes it come together or fall apart...

agreed Friend Larryfinfan & I would add:
game planning, system work, training programs, player attitude & real-time decisions
the pieces come together, are coordinated & executed through the coaching cadre
serious star power, all proven bulls,
a hundred years of top tier coaching experience working to the same end:
Bill Parcells, Toni Sparano, Dan Henning, Mike Nolan, John Bonamego
this is our edge, our game changer & advantage going into 2010 seasonfrozenfin likes this.
