Buffalo, NY- In what seems to be a surprise move by owner Ralph Wilson the Buffalo Bills have hired 30 year old Benjamin Moore as General Manager and have given him complete control over all football operations. Mister Moore did not speak at the press conference but did pass on this statement outlining his goals as general manager of the Buffalo Bills.
