BioShock sounds like a good idea for a movie, but... they're going to ruin it. I promise you, they will ruin it. Metal Gear Solid is still our best chance at a game movie that doesn't suck.
I always thought Condemned woulda been a cool idea for a movie. Bioshock seems a little too Sci-Fi to appeal to a mainstream demographic, although the idea seems pretty interesting.
I did not play Bioshock. Other than enemies, where there anyone for the main guy to talk to? Was there a love interest?
Just re-doing the original game with better CGI or live actors frame for frame is enough to make it a great movie.
That would be cool, but I can tell you right now Kojima will want to do a whole new story line to it. Don't expect anything remade or atleast will parallel a story but i wouldnt expect any of the games remade. I would be surprised if he did.

It seems like they cant make good movies based off games and they cant make good games based of movies...
You think it'd be easy too seeing as the story line is already there and has proven to be successful.
I am not saying it was great, and though I am a fan of the series I too got a little confused at times. Still, Dupree said "Metal Gear Solid is still our best chance at a game movie that doesn't suck." By that, if he saw Advent Children, I took it to mean that he thought it sucked (maybe he was talking about upcoming movies, who knows?). And all VG movies don't suck, anyone see Super Mario Bros?
The reason is 90% of the time the games based on the films are rushed to match release dates of the movie instead of taking their time. If they were to take their time I can imagine the games would be good.
