http://www.amazon.com/Essential-Mon...=sr_1_5?ie=UTF8&s=music&qid=1247363967&sr=1-5 I have the 1990 performance when he was there. I bet this CD package is awesome. This special edition 5CD box set brings together Gary Moore's performances from five separate appearances at the Montreux Jazz Fest in 1990, 1995, 1997, 1999 & 2001. The concerts illustrate the full range of Gary's music from gritty blues to screaming rock and showcase the talents of undoubtedly one of the finest guitarists of his generation. #sitb-body-gobutton { position: absolute; padding-left: 5px; }
One of my roommates in college was a big Gary Moore fan. I only knew him from Thin Lizzy. But from what I saw from him outside of Thin Lizzy thanks to my roommate he was a very good guitar player.
Got it today. It was my wife's present for me getting a new job. The first CD is playing on my IPod so far the sound quality, and musicianship is great. Will post back when I hear all 5 CD's. Gary is shredding some great guitar.

Some of the songs were repeats on the CD's but were well worth it. I give the box set 5 stars. I was very impressed all the way around. I highly recommend this. I got mine here which is like 14.00 cheaper then Amazon. This is the seller I got it from as well. I paid the faster shipping at 5.99 and it was here with in a week in great shape. http://cgi.ebay.com/GARY-MOORE-ESSE..._CDs?hash=item45ed842a9d&_trksid=p3286.c0.m14
