    Well this is certainly interesting. Can't see the movement piece having any practical application, but an interesting concept nonetheless. The fabric looks like some kind of mylar.

    To truly appreciate what BMW was going for, here's a short video. There are wires or something underneath that actually adds movement. I've never seen a car wink at me.

    that is one of the coolest things I've seen. the customization on something like that would be immense!

    It's a concept car, one-off. We won't see it in production.

    Still, a fabric skinned car is an interesting idea.
