Really of little importance to Miami except for I thought Poppinga was a Dolphin at one time and who isn't mentioned...Jeremy Thompson...
i know green bay had a poppinga on the roster before we picked up his brother. it might be the same guy
I thought Kampman was playing strong side? Thompson will be fine and it wouldn't surprise me to see him start this year because Poppinga always has an injury. In regards to Matthews, I think we'll see him at both ILB and OLB this year. With their blitz packages, I think he'll see time at both spots. Also, a bit surprised that they have Matthews backing up at the WOLB spot. I don't think his first step is quick enough to be a force there. He's got good strength and technique to play SOLB IMO.
