Perhaps even the silence produced by a stroke can be mitigated with such technology?

There are now machines that help the blind to see. Face it guys we are in a time of great discovery. I wish I could live another 100 years just to see all that will come to pass! When I was born the fastest plane could only go 300+ MPH yet 28 years later we walked on the Moon.
