    or was he OK with this and knew about it?

    the main problem with Marshall in Denver was $$$.... i hope we didn't shoot ourselves in the foot.

    what???..he did sign the contract himself. It's required. He seems intelligent enough to be able to read and comprehend. But if not that's what his agent is for.
