The reports I heard when it first happened sounded like some guys were getting in Marshall's face or his girl's face so he decided to leave. In the process of leaving, some pushing started and some other woman got hit in the face. The allegation that he had punched her was inaccurate.

I thought so, too. Marshall was right when he said the allegations were put on him because of who he is, not because what he has done. It's too easy to target Brandon Marshall now.

That is one reason why I am happy we traded him. I do not believe he is a bad person. Quite the opposite, actually. But I have trouble with the fact that he continues to go out to clubs. Nothing good comes from going out like that.

So did the Dolphins overreact in trading him?

thinking a one year suspension was looming....?

No it was the right move, IMO.

Its only the right move if you can replace his production.

We can find another WR to drop those TDs and not take us to the playoffs.

He wasn't some crucial part of a team, he was an overpaid headcase.

Well, he is great. But I don't agree with this. It's been beatin to death but in this offense the ball will be spread around. He wasn't going to produce in this offense the way he has in recent years because he wasn't going to have 150 passes thrown toward him. He would have been over paid.
