I agree. 2 short half seasons is no way to end a show, and definitely not how I want to see this show end. I wouldn't mind so much if there was a shorter break between the 2 but a full year is ****ty. It's just such a half-assed way to do things. Either add a few more episodes and make it 2 full seasons or get it all done at once.
It is annoying but at least we're getting more episodes in Season 5. The reason for the split is all about money though (obviously), this way they can sell two DVD sets (Season 5 Part 1 and Season 5 Part 2), get more advertising during the last half of the season and also are able to get nominations at award shows for 2 years instead of 1. But hey at least it's coming back at all, I have no freaking clue where or what could possibly happen this season besides for the obvious Walt vs. Jesse showdown and Hank finally finding out the truth about Walt.
All good things come to an end.This show is one of my favorites but its story line is wearing thin. I suppose the extended break will result in a lot of recap fillers .
