A major accounting error has been found in the Minnesota Vikings Player Contracts department. When the Minnesota Vikings placed a $30,000,000 bid on free agent quarterback Peyton Manning, the team salary was incorrect. The team salary at that time was $53,711,110.00; leaving them with $21,288,890.00 in cap space. This gives me no other choice but to rescind all bids and award the Titans Peyton Manning for $29,000,000.00.

Sadly it is true, I've crunched the numbers and there were errors along the way. It is a sad sad day in Manning, Minnesota.

My next move would have been painful, but I would have retained Manning either way.

I would have went tried to cut more cap as well. One of us was going to have Manning as a two way player at some point.

In unrelated news, the Titans GM, Gish, finally came out of the closet tonight. Yes it's true folks, he's really a ********er!
