to keep offense "vanilla" against the Bengals. Imagine that...stunner!!! Oh the joy that it will fill me, when those Jest fans find that bitter and horrific reality where the "vanilla" just don't stop keepin' on come September. I'm telling you boys, those coaches, those quarterbacks, those weak skill positions and suspect line. We may be on the precipice of the WORST NFL offense in the modern football era.
So this's what it feels like to be on the other foot. _______________________________________________
Situation: 3rd and 8 from the 27 yard line Inside the mind of Tony Sparano: "Dan can make this one..no reason to pass the ball. Dare I? Dare I, I say? Dare we call a pass? Oh God I'm being a naughty boy...I'm getting chills just thinking about it. Should I? I JUST CANT DO IT! Run the draw!'
Keep an eye on how Hoyer does in New Egland, BB is going to play him alot in hopes of him lighting it up, so he can fleece yet some other stupid *** GM for a draft pick.....instead of getting either Moore or Garrard for probably a cheaper pick..... Last night he went 8/15 45 years, and 1TD.....
Holy ****, I'm not sure what that means in football terms, but sounds like an amazing night! All kidding aside, agree with the OP. I usually am one to poo poo early prognostications of failure for the Jets or other AFC East rivals this early in the year, especially after seeing the Jets go to the AFC Title game 2 years in a row. That being said, I've tried to picture how this Jets team with these QBs and Sparano's offense could possibly be successful. I just don't see it.
I can see them succeeding on offense, their problem is age is becoming an issue and their OL is as suspect as ours is w/o any potential answers that we have in Martin/Hicks.
