I need to see who he gets as OC/DC and Special Teams coach. Rizzi is probably gone, as you can't interview and then accept working for a guy with much less experience than yourself, right?

No doubt. Jimmy Johnson, Bill Parcels, Nick Saban all taught me that. Everyone of them fooled me into thinking we had a long term viable solution and every one of them left me disappointed. I like Flores as a person. I think the players will too and play hard for him.
