i can't see the game, but it seems like the running game is carrying the team and brady is throwing dump passes? it says most of his passes are 'short' on gamecenter, and he's averaging 9 yards or so.. can someone who has the game confirm or refute this?

 

11-15 102 yards 2 TDs 131.1 QB rating. Why go out of your way to minimize that?

don't get so defensive. i'm not trying to go out of my way. if you read what i wrote i asked for an analysis from someone who has the game. it could very well be the gameplan to be throwing short, i just want to know what he looks like bc stats don't say everything

 

Fair enough I suppose. He looks pretty good from what I can tell. Moving the chains, making quick decisions w/ the ball, and not holding on to it for very long before it's out of his hand.

I'm sure the gameplan wanted to use short passes a lot, especially since he's only practiced 1 or 2 days w/ these WR's so timing could be an issue.

But even at ND Quinn had no problem checking down and getting something positive, so it also probably has to do w/ his style of play. I'm sure Winslow is loving it though.

 

on a different level: i originally thought we should be pulling for denver here, sincce they can take the west and it would help keep CLE out of the wildcard hunt.. but maybe its better to have 2 4-5 teams rather than a 3-6 and a 5-4

 

Looked great avoiding the blitz and dumping it off to get a first down there

 

not that i'm complaining but why are they giving this game away for free?

 

Quinn is looking solid, he couldnt have asked for a better defense to go against, pun intended.

Im surprised though they arent up more, they are physically dominating the Broncos on both sides of the ball to the point its not even close.

Both teams overall are pretty bad though, each defense is absolutely terrible.

 

It's one game fellas let's not revisit the whaaah whaaah Cameron made a mistake crap. It's done. It's over. He's a Brown. We have Ginn and that's how it's going to be.

There are dozens of legitimate superstars in this league that we could have drafted but didn't - Quinn doesn't even scratch the surface of that list.
