Does this change the outlook on Miami's pursuit of a QB? Or do they still try to bring in Orton?

    Thoughts?

Cause Mike Brown said it.

That article was bogus to me. I haven't seen any official word that it happened. I smell BS.

He is not RETIRED until he submits his retirment papers and it is excepted by the League office. This is Brown making a comment and a stance against what Carson said he would do. It is called posturing....

If Palmer retires his rights are owned by the Bengals until his contract expires.
