Right now the forecast is all over the place, what I see is high 30's to low 40's and very wet. The interesting thing is most of the northeast will be experiencing an unusual warm weekend, here in Jersey they are calling for weather in the 60's for Sunday, hopefully that will extend up to Buffalo.
Either way I think this team has proven it can handle the conditions, my only concern is if its sloppy where the run game is a bigger factor the Bills might have the edge with Spiller and Jackson, plus our run defense has been suspect this season though not terrible.

At least it's a turf field, so it will only get so sloppy. At least it won't be bone-chilling cold, but the rain needs to really hold off somehow. Hoping things change by Sunday. -
80 percent chance of rain, better than snow at least.

I'd rather it be light snow in the high 30's. (actually, I'd love it to be 85, but I live in Upstate NY so I get what I deserve)

Idk spiller,Jackson both have 3 fumbles this year and Manuel has had 6 in a shortened season. Wind with highs of 14 mph which isn't too bad but still too early to tell. Weather changes every hour without meteorologist getting it right so 5 days away is too hard to predict. I'm hoping for no rain or snow but for me personally making the 8 hour trip I'm just happy snow doesn't look likely.

Just watch those screens. Bills and screen passes give me flashbacks to Thurman Thomas.

I still remember a quote from Jim Kelly shortly after he retired where he said that Olividotti's lack of adjustments were a running joke with the Bills. They could never believe how stubborn he was. -

I think it favors Buffalo if it rains.... They got two very good running backs incase it becomes a ground and pound game. Still don't trust Miller or Thomas to carry us to a win.

How much confidence is the Stealers win worth heading into this one.

I just hate the conditions with this Bills team. A cold, rainy game is no bueno. We could be in for a ton of read option. With no Soliai, no bueno.
The offense just needs to score. Tannehill can throw in snow, but can he throw in rain?Paul 13 likes this. -

Let us hope the equipment guy is on point, no untimely slip and falls -

Ok, I got the temps up to 51, just give me a little more time to see what I can do about the rain. :shifty:

Ryan's see snow, and he's seen rain... He's seen sunny skies in Miami that never end. He's seen lonely times when he couldn't find any good O-linemen... but he never thought the Dolphins would control their own fate.
That's my message from James Taylor. Thanks JT!Finrunner, Brasfin and Ronnie Bass like this. -

In fact this season is reminding me of that 2008 season. -
It might be in the low 50's and wet but 30mph wind gusts. Yikes!!

If the wind is that bad Ryan has a definite advantage over Lewis in the passing game. I expect a lot of short to intermediate routes where Ryan can just sling it in. However it will be a low percentage option for both teams.
Would like to see Ryan use his legs this week.Eop05 likes this. -
The more I think about it, the more I like our chances in 51 degree 20 mph winds and rain.
Think about it. Thad Lewis in these conditions will suffer a considerable drop off from the already Thad Lewis level of QB play.
Tannehill's throws seem to cut through the wind very well -
He is gonna suffer in those conditions.gafinfan, finyank13, Ronnie Bass and 1 other person like this. -
