One year, low money deal. Likely means the end of Matt Haack as Dolphins punter, but I would assume that we'll also bring in at least one UDFA guy to compete for the job.

 

Oh no, I thought Matt Haack was pretty solid.

 

He's fine. But I don't think that he's special.

 

Same here, I liked him a lot + he was a good special teams QB.

 

LMAO, my mind went to that as well. The YouTuber DeeStroying is trying to land on an NFL team this season and he runs a 4.6 40, I almost expected that's who we signed for a punter/ST upgrade. Been watching his channel on and off for a few years and he's a serious athlete, plus the Pat McAfee show said he might get picked up this year.

So I was almost sad that it wasn't him....we got a much better punter instead, LOL.

 

Almost feels like change for the sake of change, but maybe it was a money issue.

 

Has to be a money thing. Haack has been a good punter.
