Bye Week Blues Oh, I got's me the bye week blues. You see, my team, the mighty Miami Dolphins, that ain't a playin' this weekend. So, I got's me the bye week blues. It's nearly one o'clock. I should be primed. I should be stoked. I should be high on life. But, since there ain't no game on today, I'm probably just gonna be stuck dealing with my wife. No Ronnie and Ricky runnin' Wild over opposing D's. No Chad Henne to Teddy G 53 yard bombaroonies. No Sean or Vontae pickin' off a quarterback. No JT, Cam or Joey P on the attack. No Coach Tony and the Big Tuna. No colors of aqua, orange, navy or white. No pretty cheerleaders bouncing up 'n down. No sir, it just ain't right. Oh, I got's me the bye week blues. Can't watch golf, don't like tennis, no other team or sport will do. No sir, only my beloved Dolphins can put a smile on my face. 'Cause with another win, they can stay in the AFCE race. So, rest up boys, 'cause we got us a rough schedule ahead, with many a tough team left to play. Practice and work hard. Be hungry and get ready, 'cause the next game is only a week away. Oh, but it will be a long week indeed. A boring week. A sad week. A week without joy. A week without glee. A week without another Miami vic-tor-ee. No sir...it just ain't right. I miss Dolphins football too,watching other teams play is ok but it isn't the same as watching the Fins.
