After watching Ronnie run this week into Dolphin and NFL history I was started to remember all those heated debates at the "other" site mostly lead by the anti-Ronnie crowds about how we should have taken Cadillac instead of Ronnie, I started to wonder how he has been doing with the Bucs.
Well, he's not even on the Buc's depth charter or roster and when I tried to see if he was on their IR - nothing again.
What happen to the Ole Cadillac? Seriously.

He got hurt last year and I believe is on IR this year (Or maybe the pup list)

just for those who don't know-
IR = he's gone for the season a la donald thomas.
PUP= week 6 I think.. or maybe it's six weeks from the point of injury.Big E and Ronnie Bass like this. -
Thanks guys. Good to know he will play this year, hate to see good young talent get wasted.

Torn patella tendon. He's on the PuP list after he started practicing toward the end of the pre-season I believe. He isn't in game shape just yet. Its possible that he has lost some of his explosiveness.

he had a nasty injury. an injury like the rb we had a few years back who injured himself playing beach football. robert something. cant remember his last name. robert edwards?

When Caddy was first injured, there were some whispers that the injury was so severe his career might be over. I would definitely be wary of him. If activated to the roster, he'll play behind Earnest Graham. No reason to view him as their #1 RB anymore.
I wouldn't be surprised if he were cut, depending on how he's progressed. -
I do agree that he may not be a number one tailback anymore but I can't see him being cut when the ages of the other RB's on the roster is 28, 30 and 33. Only way that happens imo is if they draft or find another tailback that they think can be the future. -
sucks for him. he had such a promising career

I feel bad for him, but he knows the risks. He's made more money in his career then most of us will make all year. Decent backs even backup backs can still have long and stable careers. Kevin Faulk is a great example.

But you are right. -
Glad to see him going. Expected it around this time. I would think he's lost some of his explosiveness though so it will be interesting to see how he plays the rest of the season and the rest of his career. He gets injured way to much though so he will have to find a way to stay healthy. By the way, off-topic but don't you guys love (no homo) Ernest Graham? He's sharing carries with two other guys now and he volunteered to play FB when they needed one.

Today's a good day for the NFL. After rehabbing from torn patellar tendon, Cadillac Williams will be active for today's game against the Lions (I think) and will have a few carries. He was a hell of a talent and I don't expect him to be the same as he was before, but I am happy to see him back.
