Me too, i think we could see Ginn in RB place for one play on Sunday with him looking to pass long.

Do you think they would ever throw a pass to Pennington?

    Maybe Pennington can't catch.

I think that the key to the Wild cat formation in the future is more mental with Ronnie, Ricky or anyone else that takes the direct snap needs to be able to read the defense and make audibles at the line of scrimmage. I may be wrong but I believe that right now they go into the huddle call the play and keep the play with maybe an option. It would be great to have whoever lines up behind center to have the whole Wild Cat playbook available and make the necessary adjustments before the snap according to how they see the defense. Chad is the only one with the ear piece so the half back would need to make the read and react accordingly. I don't know if the O coordinator has that much confidence in their ability to read the defense like a QB but that would be great.

I have wonder why Miami has not used Ginn as the QB in the wild cat, didn't play Qb at the beginning of his college career ? Why have they not run a double reverse out of the wild cat ? It seems that the wild cat has become the wild craze in the NFL, I am totally surprised no team has yet used it against Miami. Maybe the so called Genius will do this weekend as pay back.

That, or I wouldn't mind seeing a tackle eligible pass to Jake Long in a goal-line formation if we get it close. Something to grind his gears would be a pleaser.

This piece by Coach Billick was just on AFC Playbook on NFL Network. Sterling Sharpe picked us to win, and Brian Baldinger picked the Pats to win. He also picked our Defense against the Patriots running attack, and Ronnie Brown against the Pats Defense.

That would take balls of epic proportions. Pennington has been injury prone throughout his career. Put him in that situation and you gamble losing him for the year, unless he catches it and runs out of bounds instantly.

Coach Billick liked our Defense and Ronnie Brown as well.
