I had the most miserable night last night I ever had. I went 3-19 and 4-12. I felt so bad it made me sick. I did follow up with 22-7 and my last game was 10-10. I did not play long because I played so bad earlier. Ugh

Yeah, I ended up going 54-4. I got my nuke early (went 26-0 before I died) and my team told me to wait. So I kept playing around and ended up with another chopper gunner (very dumb). Problem was, it was close to the end of the game. My team had to let the other team cap some domination flags to slow down our score. I was nervous as hell too. My hands and controller were soaking wet My K/D has been rising through the roof too. Playing with people I know, as oppose to the random idiot "green dudes" has helped. My KD is up to 1.22. If I restarted my progress, I would easily be pushing a 2.0. I started playing with the UMP and I am crushing people. Put slight of hand pro on that ****, and no one can touch me. The gun is too powerful and shoots too quickly as is. Add in faster aiming and it's a wrap. Tonight I had a few 40+ kill games. One game I went 43-12. Right now I'm running UMP w/Silencer (the only gun in the game the Silencer has no real impact on) AA-12 SOH pro SP pro Ninja pro
I'm gonna hav'ta try that combo. My run'N'gun combo is: Scar w/ silencer M1012 Scavenger Pro Stopping Power Pro Ninja Pro I like it, but I'd definitely try yours. Do you have any problems running out of ammo??
the ump 45 with a silencer is LETHAL. you can take people out with two bullets from the other side of the map. ive done it before. i shot at something just to see whether or not it was a pole or an enemy. it turned out to be an enemy that died from two bullets. the silencer reduces the recoil and doesnt put you on radar when you fire. it doesnt seem to hurt the damage or range of the gun.

Yes, but usually it doesn't matter because I run pred, harrier, and chopper gunner. Once I get my harriers, I'm usually holding about a clip left. I figure my harrier should do at least 2 kills and I have enough to get the CG. If not, I camp with my AA-12 until I get what I need. Or if I can, pick up another gun and replace my AA-12 just in case. If you're going for a nuke, take scavenger. I had one really sick game today on Estate. I ran around with my UMP and went 22-0 (Pred, Harrier, Pavelow). Although I kinda ****ed up later on. For some reason, I was getting jacked from all sides and went even most of the games. It was just one of those "I can't do anything for ****s sake" days for the most part.

Ha, usually it's just a silencer and thermal now... At least it's with a sniper, and not a sub-machine gun... But hey, gotta give them "I gotta be the best at this game" kinda guys something to ***** about I guess...
The noob tube's are annoying. Fight fire with fire is what I always say. If there are a bunch of guys with noob tubes in any match I play I have a noob tube class. If there are knifers, I roll out the Claymores (so I can at least hear them coming with the click of the mine) and Akimbo MP5K's and Akimbo Rangers.
i play on PC, and haven't played an unhacked game in a looong time. freaking aim bots. and is there a hack where the knifers spawn directly behind a person of their choosing? same dude knifed me like 14 times in one game last week.

They're not learning tools by any means, since his play style is aggressive in a way I've never seen anyone play Mw2 before. As for as getting better E, use UAV, Counter UAV, and Predator missile. Stay on the outside of the map, the middle of every map is death as campers run rampant. You'll learn nothing playing team death match, so stop playing that and try some new objective games. I take that back, you'll learn camping spots, because that's all that gametype is about. Play with guns that don't have much recoil to help learn to aim better. Once you get comfortable, move on to guns like TAR, UMP, etc... the M4, Scar, ACR, are all solid weapons to begin with. If you want to take some lumps early on to improve, use a gun like the Famas. Burst guns will condition you to shoot only when you have a kill shot. I was in the same boat as you were when I first played. I was terrible... My K/D was junk, but I kept at it and slowly improved. I have a 1.47 K/D right now (probably closer to 2 if I restarted). It takes time to learn the maps ins and outs and finding areas on the map where you can expect enemies consistently. But once you do, you'll get better.
Haven't played MW2 in months so not sure about any nerfs. But if you want go get better, use the FAL. Slap a holo sight, silencer, and stopping power on it. 2 shot kill any distance. The single shot will teach you to aim real quick.
help me out here... been playing MW2 online on PC for about 6 months. this is the first online multiplayer game i have ever played. from time to time i have joined games on what i have heard called "hacked servers." players can jump 30 feet in the air, stuff like that. no big deal really. nice change of pace. last night i entered a game and saw a scrolling message onscreen that said go to www.modsbaby.com (or something very similar). when i scroll over all 5 of my custom classes it also gives me the message to go to the web site for the "forge patch." so basicly i can't play the game. Steam has not replied to an email i sent them at about 10am about the issue. again, i am noob to online gaming, dont want to click anything and possibly unleash some virus on my system, any suggestions> i have run antivirus, and it seems clear.
You can't play MW2? Sure it's not just the current server you're trying to play on? The Forge Patch might be a requirement to play on that particular server. For the record, the Forge Patch is a mod for MW2 multiplayer that adds a bunch of nice features like a Zombie Mode and some other stuff IIRC.
it keeps trying to find games but doesn't put me into a game. so i guess i cannot get out of the server i am in? maybe that might be a better description. and i cannot adjust my custom classes, because instead of "custom class 1,2,3 etc" the links all say "forge patch," "download," and "modsbaby" instead when i scroll over them. i know that there are mods out there for the game, but i didn't seek them out to try and download one, so i am afraid it is malicious content of some kind.
