What game were you watching? Cam's play calling got us back in the game, the defense is what almost lost it.

 

First of all, it was Cam's agressive playcalling in the second half that got Miami back in the game. It was the DEFENSE that did their best to give the game away. Don't deny it......we have seen the defense fold too many times before.

Hit the nail on the head. Rich Gannon loved Cam's play calling today. He brought us back and the defense folded almost costing us the game.

 

I totally agree, we're ahead, they just have to stop them from getting within FG range. Guess what? This defense couldn't stop a JV football team! They had to stop Balt. with less than 2 min. left and almost let them score a TD! I still say we need a new DC and ST, no doubt in my military mind!!

Y do u think Cam tried to lose the game that was some prety good play calling if he wanted to lose he would have called a run play on the 3rd & 8

if im not mistaken, he is talking about the call for the short kick after we took the lead and it ended up giving the Raven great field position in which they went down the field and tied up the game.

 

Oh so Cam is the the Special Teams Coach and Kicking the Ball now

 

Before that final drive by the Ravens (the one that the short kick set up) the Phins had totally shut the Ravens offense down. There was no reason to believe that the defense could not have held them again. Sure, the kick was a bad one, but the Phins should have avoided a touchback for the simple reason that they needed to force the Ravens to burn as much time off the clock as possible. This was simply another case of our defense folding when the pressure was on.

 

Cam's playcalling was suspect, but alas we found a way to win. Let's just savior the moment. We'll all come off our cloud after next week's game.
