****Cameron Wake Auction Thread****

I will open the thread at about.... now. The people have spoken and this is what the majority of you wanted. You will be bidding on Dolphins' DE Cameron Wake. There is a reserve, so I'm not letting him go for next to nothing. His salary is $5,015,000. He's a former CFL stand-out. He'll be going into just his 5th NFL season. He has 43 sacks in his four seasons in the NFL. He's ready to really break out!! I'm just not sure if I can handle all this awesomeness in one player.

1.008 is the highest bid... reserve still not met. I'm leaving this open until tomorrow night... if I'm not wowed then Wake is officially off the table for the rest of the season.

 

And just like Paul's auction (his first one), it'll end without a deal being done. For those wondering, the value we had placed on Wake was somewhere around 2400 points on the draft value chart (preferably via 2-3 draft picks) and one to two starters (depending on their talent level). Some will say that was insanely high but those people can suck it. If you are still interested in Wake even after knowing the price tag, feel free to contact me and we'll talk.
