Wow. Maurkice over Mike Pouncey is such BS. As is Landry and Berry over Jones.

Wow, our two biggest snubs have two(or three) of the least deserving AFC players at their positions. Maurkice has never been as good as his brother this year, and Eric Berry and LaRon Landry are pretty outstandingly bad over any number of AFC safeties including Reshad Jones.

 

No Jairus Byrd or Devin Mccourty, either. What a joke.

If they are not Pro Bowl players then I don't know what a Pro Bowl player is anymore.

This should tell you all you need to know about Pro Bowl teams. Jeff Saturday was BENCHED last week, and named to the Pro Bowl today.

Laron Landry is not a Pro Bowler.

Coaches and players should not be given a vote.

 

Fans will pretty much ruin anything they touch. At very best, they look up the player with the best stats.

Not surprising really. Pro Bowl nowadays is as much about merit as it is about your name and your perceived production based on your career production.

The game is for the fans. Let them vote in whoever they want. I could care less if they made Tebow the starting QB throwing to Hartline. Its a meaningless game that amounts to a paid vacation for the atheletes.

If thats the case then it should not on coach or player votes either. Just send the highest ranked player by whatever metric everyone agrees upon and bypass all voting.

 

I'd be curious to see PFF's Pro Bowl Roster. Probably looks much different.

shame. Would have really liked to see Pouncey get in. Both pouncey brothers would have been awesome.

hopefully saturday doesnt go and pounceys an alternate. Next in line is probably mangold through name recognition though.

They mention Jones and Pouncey as top ten snubs from the pro bowl voting. It is ridiculous that they are not in the pro bowl

Remember when that guy played behind Porter in certain situations. Watched him put his hand on the ground and pick it back up in the 3-4 a year later.
He transitioned well again. A player that Dolphin fans thought way back then wouldn't make the cut. That is surreal to me.
Wake deserves it.

Nobody thinks Wake doesn't deserve it. Also, if anything, fans were miffed at Sparano for easing him in so slowly when he clearly was the best passrusher we had. I think it took like a quarter of his first game to recognize his freakish talent...
