Just a question... I know I always played better when I had legit anger in my heart..I know that some fighters claim that their sense's and athleticism are heightened when angry, which I would agree with..
Bottom line, if our team is as pissed off as I am right now, then we should kick some *** in buffalo. lol..... Also a serious question, do you think this could actually be a strategy to make us come out of the gates on fire? cause if it is, and Iam gettin a feelin that it is, than iam gettin hyped as we speak..
The team did look like it needed a jolt in the preseason, like something to make them come together..could this be it?
Do you think that getting rid of vets like we did, is because we want to put the pressure on our young, though somewhat experienced team?.which I also agree with doing..Go with your true players at this point.

Doubt it's the FO playing some psychological warfare to get our guys fired up. If it is though its a very risky play with a high probability of backfiring in our face.
My 2 Cents worth. -
Best we can hope for at this point.

I would think finishing 7-9 behind the Jets would make them plenty angry enough. I would hope.

the players should go over to billszone.com and look at these threads with 42-17, 31-10 etc. defeat predictions, i know i am already pissed with these kind of results that these guys over there predict which such kind of homerism, its not funny anymore

At this point I've let go of all my anger, it's all a laughing matter if they shoot themselves in the foot.

I just hope we're not the angry after this game

Spot on Nole...for example, Ray Lewis and Dick Butkis play(ed) with anger and it made them the players they are/were. There have been examples (Haynesworth, Incognito, Dobler) that the opposite is true as well. These guys are/were not better players when in an angered state....they lose focus on what got them there. -
Its not about ANGER.......I will take PASSION (which is different), next would be CONVICTION 100 out of 100 times.
way, way, way, down on the list would I place ANGER as an emotion I would seek to LIFT my play.BlameItOnTheHenne likes this. -
One would have to be insane to think that the moves that were made were done to make people play pissed off. Foolish thoughts.

Incognito isn't angry, he's been playing stupid. When you're angry, it makes you run that much faster, hit that much harder. I'm not talking the opposition is in your head angry, I mean not enough respect angry. It makes you tighten up your game and pay attention to details because you don't want to give the talking heads something to talk about. I guess my version of anger is interchangeable with passion.
