We're #6 with the most cap.
 @ jets being last. l. o. l. -
Interesting with the Jets being over the salary cap and possibly wanting Laverneous Coles to take a paycut. If they release him, I could see us making a bee-line for him.
-
I think it would be only a matter of time if Coles were released. He'd make the WR core more or less complete if London continues to improve to be a red-zone option.
-
If we get a WR I hope it's thru FA
I know Pennington would be happy if Coles were to "somehow" land in MIA. -
I dont know about Coles he is always banged up

It's just abslolutely amazing how NE continues to stay Super Bowl contenders without getting into cap trouble in the least. I hate em for it but have to respect the job they do.

This time last year we were in the 40 to 45 million under the cap range. Of course, we had to shell out big $ to sign Jake Long. So this year being 28 mill makes it kind of a wash with a much lower first round pick on the horizon.

If you didnt have a chance go look at the Carolina paragraph.

I wouldn't mind going after:
Cincinnati RT Stacey Andrews. They franchised him last season after failing to sign him to a long-term deal for the 2nd straight year.
Indy Pro-Bowl center Jeff Saturday.
Pittsburgh G Chris Kemoeatu, T Max Starks, and T Marvel Smith, all free agents.
Baltimore LB Bart Scott.
NY's Laveranues Coles or Leon Washington
In that order. Obviously I like to fill out the line to protect our QB and open holes for our RB's. -

A first and two 2s is too much for peppers IMO.
He'll be out of the league sooner rather than later and those three picks could be stars for us (or play well for us) for years to come. The Aqua Crush likes this.
