If i lose Boldin, my WR become Brandon Marshall Mark Clayton Donnie Avery Greg Camarillo James Jones We play 2 RB and 3 WR btw...20 person league
tough call. but boldin isnt doing a whole lot anyway. if its a PPR league then its worth considering because hightower gets a lot of catches, as well as the majority of goalline carries in that offense. I just traded Hightower for Heath Miller. but my situation is different. i have ronnie and gore.
I just read that Boldin has a high ankle sprain. To me that says Breaston may well be getting more points than him. Plus you get Hightower? To me that's probably the way to go.
Idk about that one. Boldin is still likely to play according to a few sources. I would wait this one out. I just don't see this move helping you at WR bc Avery is Mr Glass. It's hard to depend on Hightower as well. It seems like Beanie is finally starting to get a decent number of carries. Btw, Fred Taylor is out for the year.
I don't know why anyone would play in a 20 person league. Let alone one that asks you to start 2 RBs and 3 WRs. There's barely enough competent QBs for a 20 person league.
just accepted this trade Receive Tim Hightower, Ari RB from Cotchery to Bench Receive Falcons D/ST, Atl D/ST from Cotchery to Bench Send Anquan Boldin, Ari WR from WR to Cotchery Send Kerry Collins, Ten QB from Bench to Cotchery I need a D this week as Steelers are on a bye, and the only 2 left are Lions and the Rams, so i have a D for this week and a Running Back, If no one else picks up Alex Smith, i will have him as my back up encase Brees get hurt, and maybe trade him to this team because Collins may be getting used to the bench soon... so i personally like this trade, Boldin is a great WR, but with Fitz as their number 1, and me having 0 running backs with Leon out, i needed to make this trade, and i feel confident with my WR core,
I think you might end up regretting that. falcons D is a one week thing, and theyre facing the best offense in the league. you basically traded boldin for hightower. but at least boldin hasnt been doing much anyway. After seeing Beanie Wells the past two week, I'm convinced that my Hightower for Heath Miller trade was a steal, especially since i went out and grabbed Wells. Hightower does seem to still get the carries at the 1 yard line. But Wells is starting to be used in the passing game, which makes Hightower less valuable.

Well the trade so far is in my benefit, Hightower got me 18.5 points compared to 3.5 for boldin...if this move works out, it could be huge for me as i finally have a RB that will get me 10 points per game! I hope westbrooke stays out cause i have Weaver also
